By installing or using the Volume Booster Chrome extension ("Extension") or visiting our website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Volume Booster is a free Chrome extension that amplifies audio output in your browser up to 600% using the Web Audio API. The Extension processes audio locally on your device and does not transmit any data externally.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Extension.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
• Use the Extension for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures of the Extension
• Redistribute or sell the Extension or any part thereof
• Use the Extension to violate the rights of any third party

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Extension and Service, including but not limited to code, design, logos, and documentation, are owned by Volume Booster. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension and Service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all websites or audio sources. Audio quality at high amplification levels may vary depending on the source material.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Volume Booster and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to hearing, arising out of or related to your use of the Extension or Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from Chrome. Upon termination, all locally stored preferences will be removed.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
